Ever tell yourself I don't have the time to spend rolling out? I do all the time. That's why I love finding time in my day where it's easy to combine rolling with whatever I'm already doing. I play with my son for an hour most mornings so I roll for 10-15 minutes while he rolls around on the floor. Win-win.

- Watching TV (great behind the neck and head)
- Commuting (not if you are driving!)
- Sitting at the computer (behind the back or under the hamstring)
- Playing with the kids
