If you are having trouble returning with the third party, Roller Fitness will work directly with you and the reseller to ensure satisfaction and proper handling. Please have name of reseller and date of purchase when contacting us.
Our wholesale customers are eligible for returns as well. We never want to stick our distributors with extra inventory. Wholesale returns are given a window of 45 days. Return shipping is paid by the wholesale customer, so please do your best to order appropriate quantities. Items must be new and unopened. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
